1. Overview

ReorderPilot ("we", "us") helps Shopify merchants forecast demand, plan reorders and manage purchase orders. This policy explains what data the app accesses when you install it on your Shopify store and how that data is used.

2. Information we access

Store details: your .myshopify.com domain, store currency and the access token Shopify issues to the app (stored encrypted).
Products and inventory: product and variant titles, SKUs, images, unit costs, inventory quantities and locations.
Order quantities: to measure how fast each product sells, the app reads which variants were ordered and in what quantity during the last 60 days. Only per-variant totals are stored.
Data you enter: suppliers (name, email, lead time, notes), purchase orders and forecast settings.

We do not collect or store your customers' personal data: no customer names, emails, addresses, payment details or individual orders are saved.

3. How we use it

To calculate sales velocity, stock-out dates and reorder suggestions.
To create purchase orders and, when you choose to receive a purchase order on the Pro plan, to add the received units to your Shopify inventory.
To bill subscriptions through the Shopify Billing API.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. Retention and deletion

When you uninstall ReorderPilot, its access token is deleted immediately. All remaining store data (inventory snapshot, suppliers, purchase orders and settings) is permanently deleted when Shopify sends the shop/redact request, 48 hours after uninstall.

5. Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Requests from the Shopify admin are authenticated with Shopify session tokens, webhooks are verified with HMAC-SHA256 signatures, and access tokens are encrypted at rest.
